Energy-Saving Analysis of Epichlorohydrin Plant Based on Entransy

چکیده

To improve energy efficiency and to recover energy, various mathematical models, such as pinch analysis, entropy exergy entransy have been established analyze heat transfer networks. In this study, these methods were applied the energy-saving effect of epichlorohydrin unit in a certain enterprise. The results showed that when minimum temperature difference (ΔTmin) was 10K, 15K, 20K, efficiencies second law thermodynamics calculated by analysis 88.02%, 93.52%, 99.49%, respectively. analytical method an 61.01%, 59.28%, 57.27%, respectively, with public works’ savings 16.59%, 14.86%, 12.02%. achieved 22.80%, 21.50%, 19.35%. 42.81%, 42.13%, 41.00%, 19.41%, 18.01%, 15.70%. Based on results, found be contrary principle production. Exergy not able establish network. suitable for determining thermal network criterion evaluating saving. On other hand, evaluate utilization efficiency. Overall, data reasonable.
